Breakfast Leadership Sessions - "Vision/Mission/Values - Why bother?"

The Chamber invites you to Wake Up Your Business! with the "Breakfast Leadership Sessions" facilitated by Bill Quinn, Professional Certified Coach and President of NuStride Executive Coaching. 

Without a vision business owners often find themselves wandering! In our first session we will explore the need for vision/mission/values and spend time crafting the vision that can excite you, your staff and, most of all, your customers!

Outcomes:

• Leaders have a safe space in an interactive and fun environment to learn, share experiences and grow their leadership skills
• The opportunity for managers to move to leaders
• To build leadership skills into your new way of doing business

Process:

• 8 sessions - 1 per month
• Accelerate your leadership journey in the safety of your peers
• Using videos, interactive activities and conversation explore the world of being a leader with like minded local managers
• Sessions work through the breakfast hour starting at 7:30 a.m. and ending at 8:30 a.m.
• Continental breakfast  is included with your registration
