Jennifer Burmeister, CA

Jennifer Burmeister is a Senior Manager, with KPMG's Kelowna office. Jennifer will provide you with an update on the status of the new PST legislation and the related interpretations and help you to plan for the transition to PST, as well as discuss options that might be considered in advance of the PST implementation.

 

Jennifer has recently joined KPMG's Regions West Indirect Tax Team. Jennifer’s auditing, investigative and project management skills have produced significant tax savings for their clients.  Within the indirect tax practice Jennifer also advises clients on various indirect tax matters including reporting, compliance, and tax planning. 









Jennifer Boychuk, CGA

 


Jennifer Boychuk is a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Indirect Tax Practice who brings to KPMG several years experience as a senior auditor with the Canada Revenue Agency, with the most recent year spent in their Investigations Division. She is a Certified General Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta.

 

Jennifer has significant experience in managing large audit projects and understands thoroughly the CRA audit process. As a member of the KPMG Indirect Tax practice Jennifer has been able to translate those skills to assisting our clients with recognizing tax obligations and entitlements. For the past year, Jennifer has been involved in various assignments with major universities, including the provision of direct CRA Audit Management services to one of our clients, to guide them through the process of a detailed CRA audit.
