Michele works with communities and municipal governments along the pipeline corridor exchanging information. Joining Enbridge in 1991 in the Regulatory Affairs department where her responsibilities included developing pricing mechanisms for the transportation of crude petroleum in Canada and the United States, coordinating applications to the National Energy Board and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, working on acquisition teams, and negotiating short and long term agreements with industry.
