Northern BC: 2015 Canada Winter Games Procurement Opportunities Workshop
On March 25, 2014 Initiatives Prince George and the 2015 Canada Winter Games will host a Procurement Opportunities Workshop for Prince George and Northern BC businesses. The purpose of the workshop is to provide businesses with the information they need to compete for the opportunity to provide supplies and services to the 2015 Canada Winter Games. During the workshop, businesses will learn about:
- How to offer supplies and services to the Games
- What products and services will be purchased by the Games
- When the products and services will be purchased
- Joint ventures, value-in-kind and other opportunities
- March 25
- 2:00pm to 4:30pm - presentations and questions
- 4:30pm to 6:00pm - networking and opportunity to visit partners' information booths

In addition to procurement opportunities, the overall Prince George and Northern BC Business Engagement and Readiness program will be outlined during the workshop. The Business Engagement program will include information about how to prepare for the 2015 Canada Winter Games, including:
