Jerry Mahnger
Partner, International Tax Services, PwC
Jerry Mahnger is a partner in PwC Vancouver’s International Tax Services practice. He is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and has a Masters in U.S. Taxation (High Honours).
Jerry has extensive experience providing Canadian, U.S., and international strategic and corporate tax planning services for over 12 years. His experience includes advising Canadian multinational clients on tax efficient international structuring and restructuring, M&A, international financing structures, repatriation strategies, and simplifying tax administration. Jerry has advised clients in a broad range of industries, including technology, retail, real estate, forestry, and mining.
Jerry has authored a number of articles on Canadian and U.S. cross-border tax matters. He has also presented for a wide range of tax conferences sponsored by the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Tax Executives Institute, PwC, and other organizations. Jerry has also taught at Canadian CICA In-Depth tax courses for a number of years.
Elisabeth Finch
Partner, Transfer Pricing, PwC
Elisabeth had over five years of transfer pricing experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ London, U.K. team before joining the team in Vancouver in February, 2003.
A materials scientist by training, Elisabeth spent the first 11 years of her career in technical and commercial roles within the international metals and materials industry before moving into transfer pricing consultancy.
Elisabeth leads the Vancouver transfer pricing team with a broad insight into international trade in the global materials industries and in-depth experience working with multinational clients across a broad range of industries. Beyond transfer pricing, Elisabeth also leads PwC’s diversity and inclusion strategy in the BC region.
