Meet the Veemo: the next wave of sustainable personal transportation. VeloMetro is creating a 21st century update with the latest technology and engineering: human powered, enclosed from the weather, fully networked, and assisted by electric and solar power.
Based in Vancouver, Canada, VeloMetro's goal is to provide a completely sustainable transportation option for urban commuters around the globe that is also cool, cost-effective, environmentally friendly, and fun to ride.
XPRIZE Think Tanks are local communities that bring together a wide range of people, skills, and experience to work together to make the world a better place. Together we share information and ideas around challenges in the world, new technology, and how technology and community can solve these challenges. We then together as a group explore how we can make a difference in these areas with the skills, experience, and perspective of our group members.
